Nestling in the foothills of the Himalaya, Corbett National Park invites you to have a time a time of your life in the close proximity of the wild life. It offers a variety of wild species including 50 mammals, 580 kinds of birds and 25 reptile species. Park Population
Park is a haven to a variety of wild species including Tigers, Leopards and some nocturnal Cats such as Leopard cat, jungle cat and fishing cat. Sloth bear is found in the lower regions of the park while the Himalayan black Bear is seen in the higher hills only. The rare species of dole and jackal can be spotted in the southern area of the park. Elephant are the major attraction of the park. Some of the smaller residents of the park are Himalayan palm civet, Indian gray Mongoose, common Otter, Blacknaped Hare and Porcupine.

How to Reach
The nearest railhead is Ramnagar. Bus services both private and government are available from Ramnagar.

Best time to visit:
The incredible beauty of the park is best observed during the summer time. It is open to visitors between November to June.
